Joe Manchin was Al Franken's Biggest Defender in the Senate

“What they did to Al was atrocious, the Democrats,” West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin said in an interview on Politico‘s Off Message podcast. “The most hypocritical thing I’ve ever seen done to a human being.”

Manchin was one of few Democrat who did not urge Franken to leave the Senate. In the interview with Politico, the West Virginia Democrat said seeing his colleagues hug Franken after his resignation speech on the Senate floor “made me sick.”

“That’s hypocrisy at the highest level I’ve ever seen in my life,” he said. ” I think it’s atrocious. We ran a good person off.”

Manchin noted that Franken was willing to go through Congress’ ethics investigation process and deal with whatever consequences came of that before he was urged to leave. The Democrat said he hopes Franken does not ultimately resign.

“I hope they have enough guts. If they had enough guts and enough conscience and enough heart to say, ‘Al, we made a mistake asking prematurely for you to leave,” Manchin said of his colleagues.

Are just another fraud on the people he is suppose to represent when he allows a corrupted investigation that was fraudulent, a corrupt judge, a serial liar be allowed onto the highest court in OUR country who HAS many credible claims against him for many things including being a serial sexual predator , and gang rapist, and still voted for him knowing trump refused to let the FBI to do a real investigation because it would prove his guilt, and that he's a serial liar. It also might have turned up illegal activities regarding his payoff of huge debts from dark sources they're hiding from us. Putin? Probably, and is probably why putin had trump nominate him, because he was like him, compromised. Has he got a gambling addiction , a drug and/or alcohol addiction , an addiction to corruption? Sure looks like it could be any or all these things. I doubt its over. HE'll be caught , and all will be exposed. It'll all come out, and the truth is their biggest enemy. Many women coming out now to expose ALL Republicans and trump now, expect it. Its coming. Women have had enough of these crooks , and they will exact their revenge onto them for doing this. This isn't even close to being done.
