The American Bar Association, in a letter just sent to the Senate, says that it is re-opening its evaluation of Kavanaugh following "new information of a material nature regarding temperament during the September 27 hearing," according to Bloomberg. https://bloom.bg/2y5R8kh

isn't required on the Supreme Court, and he won't get impeached. So I'm not sure what the point is.
