So Kavananuagh gets voted on tomorrow

The next step is swearing him in?

What date does that happen?

What is the first case the Supreme court hears after the rapist is sworn in?

Did I read it right, that a State could outlaw abortion the day after? Then
once the lower court rule it unconstitutional, it will go to the SC???

I'd say there are at least a dozen States that will outlaw abortion in the next 6 months Va Lefty Oct 2018 #1

no lower court need to provide any such ruling.

If a case is filed in a federal court, the SCOTUS has the right via writ of Certiorari to pull any case (reviewing the pleading in this case) directly to SCOTUS for hearing.

In a expedited method (if allowed by Roberts)... all women could lose the right to privacy (abortions) by the end of this calendar year... even sooner.

I don't expect this... but you never know.

I expect Kav to be seated on the SCOTUS in a week or less. Mueller and Rosenstein could be fired in the next week.
