David Bender believes they will sell ryan as the "savior" of Medicare. With all the super pac money

and the lies that have come out of them up to now, I think he is right

The question is, how stupid are the American public, and how good is the Obama campaign to get the message out

Remember reagan won with Iran/Contra, guns for hostages

We are dealing with a treasonous party who would sell the country down the tubes if they thought it would give them a political advantage

1. That is why they need to define him now and I'm surprised Obama's big Iowa speech

today attacking Ryan is on the Farm Bill rather than Medicare. They need to be talking about Medicare as much as possible. Lots of elderly folks in Iowa, too.

1) He thinks Ryan is attractive, and woman will vote for him because of it. Now, I'm a straight guy, but I have never heard anyone say that Ryan is good looking/sexy/etc. Certainly not attractive enough to vote for him.

2) He compares Ryan to Reagan saying that Reagan won even though he had a poor record. The difference here is the internet and social media. Reagan could get away with his poor record because no one really knew of it. That won't be the case with Ryan.

8. some used that argument during the Kennedy/Nixon election saying Kennedy appealed more to women. I

think that argument should be offensive to women because it implies they are superficial

As for your second point, I think reagan go away with so much because of his "likability" factor which I never could understand. He was known as the teflon president because it wouldn't stick. The media actually reported news back then, so it didn't say much for the populous

their head out of their asses and see what a great job that policy did for us in Iraq

We spent trillions, killed hundreds of thousand of people, increased energy prices, and contributed to the financial implosion because money was being spent on wars based on lies, not on the economy
