Here’s a twist: Lindsey Graham suggests to @tedbarrettcnn that McConnell should consider delaying Kavanaugh vote if the three GOP senators “have any follow-on that’s reasonable. We’ve waited this long. I want to do it right. We should have probably done this several weeks ago.”
