Did the father pass her over when it came to crooked financial distributions?

Is she somehow a normal, decent upstanding person?

I don't see how that could be, considering the stench that has followed Donald all his life.

Investigating her might be a way to go after Donnie. If he cares about her and what happens to her.

1. It was her required financial filing that let the cat out of the bag.

I don't know that she intended that to happen (probably not, she's a Trump), but federal judges have to disclose certain financial information. What she filed showed a large amount of money she received from what turned out to be a shell corporation whose sole purpose turned out to be to mark up the cost of materials sold to Fred's property as a bogus way of transferring funds from Fred to his kids without having to pay gift tax.

gave Donald a much larger percentage of his fortune than he gave to the other siblings. I wonder how they feel about that?

So she can't be thrown off the bench. If she were charged in the fraud, perhaps she would be at risk of forfeiting assets. She should at least be openly reviled for tax fraud.

She was on Toadie' s side in cutting off their great-nephew 's medical care cause the parents were contesting Fred's Will (or something money-related like thar) in which she was willing to let that baby die.

She also was miraculously handed the case of Toadie"s cocaine-dealing buddy Weichselbaum- who also miraculously only got a few years in jail by her. Whereas the people he actually had moving the drugs got 20+ years.

She's as much an asshole as her brother.

10. Brother Donnie screwed her over when he bought her home in Florida, as well.

His real estate company negotiated a price several million below the asking price. It is by Mar-A-Lago and has an absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean. Of course, some day the ocean may be in her living room...but I digress.
