Poor lady. Can anyone blame her for not wanting to be subjected to this kind of treatment?

(25,111 posts)before the so called "hearing" on last Thursday but alas you guys didn't. You brought in a Legal Assistant I mean a "female" prosecutor who obviously really do not do her homework and actually appeared to make Dr. Ford more believable. Then you and Brett had a cry and yell fess . . . .
And then forced a Judiciary Committee vote and was trying to force the senate vote I guess avoiding debate among other procedural stuff. You guys held up Garland and didn't even had the courtesy to met with him.
So fuck you Republican party.

(26,764 posts)Since she provided those therapist notes to the Washington Post as part of the substantiation of her original story... the FBI would certainly be asking for a copy.

(621 posts)God, please give her strength. By fighting these demons on earth, she will be killing her inner demons, and may find the weight of injustice lifted from her, as we may find her strength shifting from us, lifting centuries of injustice, making these wrongs a little lighter to carry. Please, God, let her know that she is not alone. Let her feel our determination behind her, holding her up, supporting her, carrying her if necessary. Please, God, give her strength to carry on, to not give up. Please protect her in her fight for justice and help her to find peace when this is over.

(17,460 posts)I don't think you have to worry about offending.
Personally, I waver on the issue. More specifically, I view God as being "everything good" rather than an individual entity.
In any case, I believe that each individual should believe in what suits them in regard to their views on life in general.
Good post you made there, Tucker.
