But I'm wary of anonymous accusations. I know it's not easy to come forward -- there is definitely a price to pay for doing so. At the same time, allowing anonymous allegations to stand is murky territory. They took out Franken, they can just as easily take out other innocent people.

..beginning of what may turn into a flood of unmanageable accusations on both sides.
I predict lots of women will be taken out as well, not just men, before sanity returns.

But every anonymous claim that comes out tends to dilute the claims of those willing to risk their reputation. I'm sure there are hundreds of women over the past couple of decades that this POS did disgusting things to. I pray they recover. But unfortunately in this political climate, you must be willing to risk your reputation, employment, and peace of mind over the newest type of catcalls...from US. Senators and such.

Best for all women to learn and practice the phrase...in any number of ways..."Back off, Buster or I'm going to the police." Then sprays the SOB with mace. That's the longest-lasting outcome of this that works for everyone. Well, everyone except those that have it happen in their home with relatives. Then it's just "get the hell out asap", sorry to say.

Will we evolve? Perhaps slowly. But assaultive-type men are on notice, to a certain extent.
