Flake is just an ultra right wingnut that is attempting to give cover for their vote to confirm Kav, nothing more. It has been a living nightmare here in AZ. This state has been run into the ground by the excesses of right wing rule for the past 20-30 years.
Unfortunately, people like myself have no voice in this state nor in the Senate. Hope springs eternal for a change in the mid terms. But I know how much is needed to get this done. Simply put, VOTE.

23. I spent 4 hours in the VA waiting room during the hearings

And it was so frustrating.

First, I had to get them to turn off FOX. They asked what I wanted and I said with a chuckle, "MSNBC.....but other people here will object to that." But much to my surprise, they did switch it to MSNBC.

But it went down hill from there. First I heard the guys behind me saying how they thought Trump was an embarrassment and should learn to control himself BUT they liked his policies and the country was going in the right direction. Geez

Well, I had to go deal with the doctor and when I came back those other guys were gone and another guy with a bad knee was there. Then he started in telling me how awful this woman was being to poor, poor Kavanaugh.

I didn't keep my mouth shut this time. I pointed out that Kavanaugh was not entitled to being a supreme court judge and came across as a creep and a liar.

Well, obviously no one in the waiting room, about 7 people now, wanted to hear this. I argued with this guy who claimed he didn't believe Dr Ford. Then some stupid woman behind me jumped in uninvited saying, "Well I'm a woman and I don't believe her." I wish my better half had been there. She would have put her in her place but all I could say was that my wife, a woman, believed Dr. Ford. At that point the doctor called me back in.

Well this is TN and they are all regularly propagandized every Sunday and Wednesday at their Southern Baptist churches.
