He said he wants to completely cooperate with the FBI. Hopefully he'll flip on his "friend" to get FBI cover. I think a deal may be in the works.

The veracity of Kavanaugh's statements do not take Mark Judge to impugn them. There are hundreds of other men who went to the prep school at the same time as Kavanaugh and Judge. Not all of them are going to be willing to lie to the FBI about the culture and the activities.

The atmosphere of privilege and abuse can be fully established without Mark Judge. Kavanaugh's testimony as to this will be found to be misleading at best - lies at worst.

May need to go on every show they can and announce what all she is accusing him of doing, and why aren't the FBI investigating this claim?

You can't sue someone for something they say in a court of law. They can quite literally say anything about you, untrue or not, and it can't be the basis of a libel or defamation charge. the key is it has to be said in court, and can't be repeated out of the court room by the person who said it.

There is a reason for it, but as odd as it sounds, you can legally say anything in court as long as you don't commit perjury. You can be charged with perjury, but not defamation.

They know what happened, or they should at least have an idea. There are plenty of Georgetown Prep parents who don't go by any "gentlemen's code" and some of them must be liberals. They can't all be Right Wing Nut Jobs, can they?

This shit has to end!
