They really did hit the ground running. One of Kava-naughty 's school friends confirmed this (not sure which one), but they asked if the initial interview could be done in an hour or two after calling (Friday evening). No time wasted! Which is so great to hear.

they have massive resources to throw at this background check and will have it done within the week.
