CAFO = Confined Animal Feeding Operation, Inc. - the republican-style animal factories that yield industrial bacon, chops, burgers, etc.
No doubt some of their corporate CAFO shit is floating in that mass mess upon the ocean. As happens too damn often, many of the CAFO waste lagoons* were swamped & breached.
* lagoon is corporate Orwellian pretty-words to describe massive stinking reeking shitholes.
