Dumbass45 is mad at McConnell and Grassley, per Vanity Fair:

Sources tell Vanity Fair that Trump blamed Mitch McConnell
and Chuck Grassley for agreeing to delay Dr. Christine Blasey
Ford's testimony until Thursday. "He thinks they look weak,"
a Republican briefed on Trump's thinking said.

Or has Trump completely co-opted all levers of government ?

Do these congress people just do the bidding of Trump ? Is this what he expects or has someone told him this is the way it's supposed to work ?

WTF

Do you really think IQ45 has ANY idea of how government is supposed to work?

Not to be nasty to you, but really, did any of those 63 million EVER consider the possibility that IQ45 might not be qualified for the job?

As for the "congresspeople" - they thought they were along for a free ride - it is looking like it is going to smack them in the bal - er - face!

And so he is playing Calvin Ball (Sorry Calvin, Hobbes. Love you.)

He makes up the rules as he goes along and has no interest in learning that he's not supposed to do any of this.

The truly toxic part of this is that the Congress is following behind him, bowing and scraping.

When the Dems get back in control, they will need to codify some of these "norms" and principles that have guided our government in the past.
