If all these others are coming out, Turtle may have Grassyass delay it - particularly if they think they don't have the votes, and allowing time to have bribe money for Maine and Alaska inserted into what would probably be a "reconciled" appropriations bill coming from the House since the Senate passed their version last week. They have to have something (at least a C.R.) in and signed by next Sunday.
