Even before Dr. Fords accusation of sexual assault against Brett Kavanaugh, there have been more than enough reasons to reject his confirmation to SC. Here are just a few off the top of my head:
1) Credible accusations Kavanaugh lied at last two confirmation hearings.
2) Credible accusations that Kavanaugh misrepresented his judicial record.
3) Kavanaugh has a history of excessive drinking (including UNDERAGE drinking).
4) Kavanaugh has a history of very large gambling debts.
5) Kavanaugh has a questionable financial history re: very large mortgage, gambling debts suddenly getting paid off, etc.
6) Very curious: A Go-Daddy website called The http://confirmkavanaugh.com domain was purchased last year on February 2, 2017, long before he was nominated by Trump.
Who knows what else will come up or what else the Republicans are trying to cover up.

(6,362 posts)When Trump's of judges was released, someone scooped up "www.confirmxxx.com" for each one. When Kavanaugh's name was added to the list, they added www.confirmkavanaugh.com to the list of domains. If Barrett had been nominated we would be seeing www.confirmbarrett.com that was registered in Dec of 2016. Standard procedure.

For the record, www.confirmgarland.com was purchased the day that BHO nominated him. So...different approaches on either side of the aisle.
