The GOP strategy is now out in the open with no shame. All the ads they run are lies, propaganda, racist, bigoted and women hating when you analyze it. In Colorado the GOP is portraying Polis as a unacceptable gay communist who will take all your money and all your freedom and it super rich.

You just want to go into their studios and wreck the god damned place these ads are so vile and hateful and bigoted and false. One are fit for any kind of public consumption.

There is no viable Republican Party without racism and sexism. There simply wouldn't be sufficient support for right wing economic policy or right wing environmental policy or right wing health care policy, and so on.

The "economic anxiety/white working class" narrative was a blatant (and inherently racist) lie promoted by the right and naively accepted by some on the left.
