In 2008, it seemed that Biden was forced to put on the kid gloves for fear of appearing to abuse poor wittle Sarah Palin.

This year, he needs to hit hard and fast and use facts and wit to smack down Paul Ryan. You can't let that man build up any notion of legitimacy or gravitas. Ok, just had to throw that out there.
