President Donald Trump's former lawyer, Michael Cohen, has paid an unannounced visit to the federal courthouse in New York where he pleaded guilty a month ago.

Cohen left the building at around 1:30 p.m. Friday, declining to say why he was there.

He also declined to comment on any discussions he's had with special counsel Robert Mueller.

On Thursday, Cohen confirmed in a tweet that he had met with Mueller and provided "critical information."

The lunch break in courts is usually Noon to 1:30 PM. If he finished at 1:30, that may mean he met with an attorney who had to be in court at 1:30 PM when court resumed.
He could have met with his own attorney there.
