it's one thing to know about kavanaugh. it's another thing to know the white house knew all this

and still went ahead with the nomination.


they knew he had gambling debts, they knew he was a liar, they knew he had "problems" with women in his past, enough that they knew they'd need a p.r. defense from 56 women and other image management.

and this is the guy they put forth as the best of the best, the top of his field, the guy who should get a lifetime appointment to the top job in his field, where he can tell us all what is just and fair and what is not.

Kennedy wanted Kavanaugh to replace him, and they wanted to replace the swing vote with someone hard right like Kavanaugh. They thought they could jam him through without too much trouble. They never gave a damn if he was "controversial".
