(1,058 posts)they have to agree to take one, and I'm pretty sure they'll refuse.
Also, polygraphs aren't allowed as evidence in courts unless the person agrees to it, they're considered too unreliable.

(32,719 posts)I took one on my divorce case and passéd it. Offered to pay for her. Short time latter she came up with the coin collection that she claimed I took. Ask my lawyer what the judge would think if she refused. She said hed think she was lying.

My point is that one cannot be forced to take a polygraph against their will.

As well, four witnesses for Anita Hill were not heard.
I do not know why it is going to turn out differently this time unless witnesses for Ford go to the media.

I know nothing about polygraph tests or how they actually work.

(8,929 posts)Probably one of the strategies Grassley/Trump/McConnell already discussing. Give him a lie detector test from an examiner who guarantees them he will find no lies.
