And it is all of his own doing. Hubris, entitlement, and arrogance brought him to this dance.

are 100% behind him. This facet of his personality, to the best all his friends know, is a good father and husband.

5. Even back in the late 70s, a minor reporting sexual assault often is placed in sealed school folder

.

The psychologists and psychiatrists would communicate with the school, just in case there are other incidents, incidents with the abused or the abuser. While most school information is considered quasi=public in nature, these reports are sealed.

If her school has a copy of them, Kavanaugh is fucked.

I doubt her doctor retained those records, though many of the old-school doctors would. Most, would be retired by now, as they would be a decade or more older.

In present day, in most states, the parents can get a copy of the her records if the child is under 16 years of age. This is a relatively newer rule. Before that, if they were any aged minor, the parents could get copies of the doctor's notes. If the parents have copies, it won't look too good.

Does her letter say this? Yes indeed if there is a school report in existence, Kavanaugh is burned toast!

7. No. But counselors and doctors would often contact the school directly, without patient knowledge.

I forgot to mention, they alert the school to keep and eye on them, to make sure they're not entering depression, or failing to achieve, which is a key indicator.

8. According to the Wash Post, Professor Ford didn't tell anyone about the specifics until 2012...

...so there would have been no school report. She was afraid to tell her parents because it had happened at a party where underaged kids were drinking. (Although the article doesn't say this, she may not have wanted to involve the school in any way for the same reason.)

She told her husband that she had been a victim of physical assault 'early in their relationship, but not the details:

She married her husband in 2002. Early in their relationship, she told him she had been a victim of physical abuse, he said. A decade later, he learned the details of that alleged abuse when the therapist asked her to tell the story, he said.
...
Ford said she told no one of the incident in any detail until 2012, when she was in couples therapy with her husband. The therapist’s notes, portions of which were provided by Ford and reviewed by The Washington Post, do not mention Kavanaugh’s name but say she reported that she was attacked by students “from an elitist boys’ school” who went on to become “highly respected and high-ranking members of society in Washington.” The notes say four boys were involved, a discrepancy Ford says was an error on the therapist’s part. Ford said there were four boys at the party but only two in the room.

Notes from an individual therapy session the following year, when she was being treated for what she says have been long-term effects of the incident, show Ford described a “rape attempt” in her late teens.

In an interview, her husband, Russell Ford, said that in the 2012 sessions, she recounted being trapped in a room with two drunken boys, one of whom pinned her to a bed, molested her and prevented her from screaming. He said he recalled that his wife used Kavanaugh’s last name and voiced concern that Kavanaugh — then a federal judge — might one day be nominated to the Supreme Court.

Must have been traumatic experience for her. But it was 35 years ago when all parties were teenagers and were drinking!
Was she drinking as well? If not she would have been better off to leave the party. Teenage boys drinking are never reliable.
