The Blue Wave . . . . .
. . . . remains a good possibility. But it is by no means a sure thing. The country hasn't done jack fucking shit about the voting system and its vulnerability to tampering. We can also only imagine the dirty tricks and October surprises we might see - especially in the State races.
Our ticket to success now turns to a massive, unprecedented, fervent, near-religious/militaristic GOTV effort. We have to cover the necessary margin to win plus an additional 7% to 10% cushion to overcome the near-inevitable right wing cheating.
We may well be at an existential turning point for our democracy.
Now is the time to make sure all of us are doing what we can. No effort is too small.
