Whether on the campaign or in Wasilla, everyone who spent any real time with them came out of it disillusioned.

First, that neither of them were invited to the funeral, as I think they still believe McCain was a great man; and second that they (and presumably other staffers) had a plan to dispose of Palin as VP if by some miracle McCain got elected, that plan being she had broken Alaska law innumerable times due to all the swag she had accepted.

Oh, God.
