and he's quite articulate. yes, I find him absolutely disgusting, but I don't think underrating his rhetorical ability or debating ability is wise.

I thought that the very definition of conservatism was to slow down the pace of change. Blowing up the existing system is not conservative by any stretch of the imagination.
