. . .he should be willing to accept that the federal government cannot enforce laws prohibiting it. After all it's not in the constitution.

I know, i know, they'll run to their silly "let the states decide" thing, but to be honest, he needs to admit the fed has no right to prohibit it, and you know that's what they really want to do.
