A nuclear power can't do this. This is DANGEROUS

I fucking hate Trump, but either the world needs to know a launch command from him would be obeyed, or the people who would disobey it need to invoke the 25th.

There's no third way here. The risk calculus of every single nuclear power just got a lot more dangerous today. This needs and endgame, now
