A former Trump administration official tells me that during budget negotiations with Congress, WH officials would tell lawmakers BEFORE they met w/ Trump that no matter what Trump said, the WH would NOT commit to the deals Trump made. It was to thwart Trump's in the room deals.

Its pretty disgusting to see that Republicans will stick to Trump regardless what he does or the detrimental effect it has on the country, just so they retain power. They're as bad as Trump.
