Is the Steady State organized?

Are there multiple members in the administration who have a plan to benefit from the Russian hacking and an insanely loyal, ignorant base, but who also plan on cutting trump go sometime soon (after the midterms), so that they can ascend to leadership?

Will they usurp trump soon?

Or is this claim simply an attempt to dissuade people from rising up to replace the administration, by using the "we got you protected" vibe of the op-ed while they loot and plunder?

It does not explain the cosmic background radiation left over from the big bang and it does not explain the red shift of receding galaxies.
