The verbal facility is amazing. I assume he practices earlier, thinks out phrases. At one state of the union address, when Bill Clinton described his health care reform plan, the TelePrompTer broke very early. Clinton had to just adlib it. The speech was fabulous. I saw an older Republican asked his reaction to what he just witnessed. The reporter told him that Clinton’s TelePrompTer has broken early on.
