kavanaugh is borked, he will be on the Supreme Court. repubs have the votes needed to confirm him. I remember telling folks before the 2016 election that the Supreme Court is in play too, but they didn't get it.

setting up a court battle over the WH claim of executive privilege. But I wouldn't expect to see that happen.
