Be wary. The blue wave is going to hit gerrymandered seawalls. It is not certain that the wave will reach the shores of justice. In Virginia 10% Democratic blue wave in 2017- did not take control. People must vote in huge numbers and fight for fair districts. VOTE!

Please don't just hope, but do what you can, volunteer to help get out the vote! There are many ways to help...even if you only have a short amount of time! Send postcards to voters, talk to ppl in your community, Text to voters, phone banking, & more!

Have you checked in with your family members?... College Students? Senior Citizens? Do they have a plan to vote? There lots of resources to help them! One that I like is https://indivisible.turbovote.org/vote.org Check your voter reg.,or register, sign up for text reminders near election time!

Thank you Mr. Holder. I'm deathly afraid that people will think we've got this and they don't have to worry and that is far from the truth. We have to vote ten times more than the Repugs in some of these badly gerrymandered districts just to get ahead by percentage points. VOTE

3. They burrowed deep in the Obama years, and it's going to take a massive uprising to root them out.

Here in NC, the GOP controlled legislature has kept my Governor in court battle after court battle since his inauguration. They have gerrymandered this state so it will be nearly impossible to take back the legislature. They are trying to strip the governorship of any real power it may have had.

I hope enough people will be energized enough to overwhelm the GOP in November.

9. I think they are a bit afraid

I live in the Senate Majority Leader's district (Senator Pate) and I have received not one, not two, not three, but four mailers about voter ID and his military record. These are the large glossy mailers that cost about a dollar a piece to make. Given that I am close to the last person they should be targeting (I have voted in every Democratic primary since I moved here) they clearly aren't targeting this mailing except possibly by precinct. If they are spending this much money on what should be a very safe race, they must be running a bit scared.

8. I think I heard Bill Maher discuss that the Dems

need a 12 point lead in the polls for it to be co sidered 50-50 by the time the votes are tallied. He considered all factors and that seems to be pretty realistic.
