A Kavanaugh confirmation is the end of any justice

Mueller subpoena Trump? Goes to SCOTUS... denied.
Mueller indict Trump? Ditto.
Any other challenge to Trump? Ditto.

Kavanaugh won’t recuse himself, are you seriously thinking he will?

And then let’s get on with established law...
Abortion
Campaign Finance Law (what’s left of it)
Gun laws? Snort
Redistricticing? Shit.
Immigration? So long.
LGBTQ rights? What?

McConnel is part of the coup and they’ve been planning this (with the Russians) since Obama was elected in 2008.

We must stop and/or undo Kavanaugh whatever the cost.

I'm worried about Griswold, and Brown, and Oberfeld. This is an extreme, radical court. They'll nullify elections and environmental laws. I had one ray of hope from Eric Segall. If we ever have a large majority again, Dems could expand the 'Court. There's nothing that says it'has to be nine. It's a far out idea, but this court for 40 years? unthinkable, unimagineable.

Miranda for a while now. They don't like it when people know their rights.

Also, pretty much all civil rights for anyone who isn't straight, white, male, and Christian.
