What If SCOTUS Declared Women's Right To Vote, Social Security, Medicare Unconstitutional.

Under strict constructionist ideology these laws would be unconstitutional because they are not SPECIFICALLY mentioned in the Constitution. And there are many other domestic laws that fall into the same boat based on this thinking. In a way Roe v Wade is part of the thinking that it abortion does not appear in the Constution as well.

Now we face a court that is our new legislative branch because it can just stop laws that congress passes

Where did you get the impression the 19th Amendment is not "SPECIFICALLY mentioned in the Constitution". Or are you simply unaware that it is?

Now we face a court that is our new legislative branch because it can just stop laws that congress passes

That is not something "new".

because it was created by the 19th Amendment. Since it's actually a part of the Constitution it can't be changed except by constitutional amendment, which won't happen.

You think it was wrong for the Court to strike down the Flag Protection Act as unconstitutional? That it was wrong for the Court to strike down a legislative provision that would have overturned the Miranda decision? That it was wrong for the Court to strike down a law that barred members of the Communist Party from being employees of a labor union?

To mention just a few....

Obviously women’s right to vote is in the Constitution.

And do you not want the Supreme Court to be able to review laws to determine if they are Constitutional?

end of the Republic party for a generation or two.

I think the racists and bigots of the republic party would be pissed enough when they lose their benefits, they would not vote for the republic party.

As everyone else has said, women's right to vote is a constitutional right.
