Kavanaugh Hearings are as much about Midterms, as Confirmation

Dems have to show they can and ARE willing to fight as hard as possible...

Unless there is a weird snake in the weeds, Kavanaugh will be confirmed... The fight that begins to day is about the Midterms

One thing that might work in the Democrats favor is the blowback, though. We're two months until midterms, and slamming Kavanaugh into the Supreme Court is going to be wildly unpopular with independents.
