(20,587 posts)or you are dead, toxic chemicals cannot cause any other health conditions. This is supported by our federal government, state governments, all agencies, and the timid medical profession.
These entities have made it nearly impossible to use what scientific evidence there is in court proceedings.
This is the world of workers who have been poisoned on the job - and there are many, military, regular citizens.
It was the Department of Defense that made sure poisoned workers manufacturing military hardware were not given workers comp. They also call in the various lobbying groups to make sure there is no recognition. They write editorials, lobby governments, give presentations telling the business community that these people are malingerers, scam artists, and mentally ill.
This scenario has been played out over and over for decades.
