I don't understand their adamant resistance to admitting that human activity causes climate change. It can't be only that the oil industry wants to keep selling gas. Or that the Christian fundamentalists think it denies that God is in control. What is the deal?

A resort in Maui I visited had a beach...that beach is now gone and they are putting up sea-walls. And yet, right minded people will not make the connection. Then again, many of them will never visit Hawaii and they can't afford it...still waiting for the trickle down to hit it big.
