He is doing a marvelous job. Very genuine and compassionate, yet honest. He's has managed to make the room laugh a number of times.
I miss him so much.

(63,221 posts)So eloquent and principled. He is truly a man of integrity. He is not gushing with shallow praise, but describing McCain as he was, both good and bad. But ultimately he is showing us the man's humanity and patriotism, which was unwavering throughout his life.

After a week of ceremonies and speeches, it was probably a real relief to have a guy like Obama speak.

Actually, all the speakers were well chosen...not a "me, me, me" among them. It was about John McCain, just the way it should be.
Definitely missing Barack and Michelle.
