One of her front teeth is slightly misaligned from the others. It distracts me so much I can't focus on what she's saying.

To me, the way she plays the instrument of her voice makes it even less pleasant. It's a too-perfect attitude companion for it.
(Talking bout choice of notes and inflection, not feelings and thoughts)

I suppose if there were nothing she could do about it, it would definitely be wrong to criticize. As it is, not so sure. For any professional in the public speaking business, voice lessons might be good advice.
