Fight the fight to win this November or lose for the next 20 years. Mr. Fallon and Mr. Avenatti evidently have no idea how to win in every district/state of the country. My words will likely piss off some on here, but to call Dems "pathetic" is an attack on all Dems that do not align in thinking to what you, and your groups, think.

these are lifetime appointments, are they not? and the judicial branch is a co-equal branch of government?

If laws are properly made, there is no debate/challenge to reach the judicial branch. People had better run for their district/state and not worry about how someone else is running theirs in another district/state. Bashing Dems and standing back and saying nothing is playing right into the GOP plans. Is that so hard to comprehend?

That assumption is frankly preposterous and I find it hard to comprehend that anyone would make it. Rump/GOPee judges will overturn any law they don't like. They don't need precedent or facts or anything but their only ideology; it's what they do. Duh.

Recipe for losing. There is only ONE way to stop this all and that is to win in November. If you can't comprehend that, then you'll never get it. Duh.

will make a fucking difference. And the way to do that is not to start by lying down on the tracks while the train runs over you. That's how we got in this fucking mess to begin with...or are you one of those silly creatures who thinks Rump is the problem?

1000+ lost state legislature seats, pukes control 33 governorships, the House, the Senate and the White House, OH! and now the judiciary!--for a generation!...and I'm the one who knows nothing

it would be hilarious if it weren't so pathetic

"the system is just humming along like a finely-tuned machine..."
No one is arguing as such.

The arguments, I believe, are simply against the absurd "burn it all down" sentiment which wholly ignores consequence in favor of immediate satisfaction of passion.

The burn-it-all-down sentiment being, by both its very nature and its definition, irrational.

Hell, he hasn't even resolved the case which brought him into the limelight.
