I think the lowest consensus as measured by 538 was 36.6% in mid 2017.

I would make the bargain that Trump stays at 41% for the rest of his presidency, rather than it goes higher or lower.

The shock and disgust impact wears off as people sense that their lives are okay despite the asshole running the country.
That's the way I looked at it a year ago at 37% and I'll stick with it. It's the reason I wanted to push that button and freeze the 37% until 2020. It couldn't hold, even though projections here were for lower
