Trump likely has a ledger with names, dates, times, and amounts! Those who didn't get any money are probably on another list with the names of certain family members with information showing what they may have done!

Example 1: Nunes has probably been given cash for personal use

Example 2: Graham was probably shown something that involves his sister and her family...that's why he's made such a quick turn around on Sessions!!!
