entity’s (Miller) affairs like this - it seems so bizarre, but probably happens every day, eh -

But it sure seems to tie them DIRECTLY into Stone’s nefarious schemes, which - ?!?! - seems as if it’s an obvious “indictment” of Stone and his tight-lipped aide -

Repeat, weird!!

They're the owner of the Russian troll farm and this is their appeal to their smack down earlier this month in court.

A federal district judge who was appointed by President Donald Trump has upheld Robert Mueller's appointment and constitutional authority in the special counsel's case against Russian social media propagandists.

Judge Dabney Friedrich, who serves at the trial-court level in DC federal court, said Concord Management and Consulting could not have its case tossed on constitutional grounds. The Russian company accused of backing a social media effort to sway voters against Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton claimed Mueller didn't have power to bring the case because he was not appointment by the President and confirmed by Congress. Mueller was appointed under the authority of Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who has broad power as the acting head of the Justice Department for the 2016 election probe.

"The appointment does not violate core separation-of-powers principles. Nor has the Special Counsel exceeded his authority under the appointment order by investigating and prosecuting Concord," Friedrich wrote in an opinion published Monday morning. She was one of the first judges Trump placed into a federal court position.

Friedrich cited opinions by three other federal judges -- Amy Berman Jackson, who oversees Paul Manafort's criminal foreign lobbying case; T.S. Ellis, who oversees Manafort's financial fraud case; and DC District Court Chief Judge Beryl Howell -- to back up her decision.

Alleged Russian Troll Farm Vows to Challenge Robert Mueller’s Authority — Again

If at first you don’t succeed, troll, troll again?

Alleged Russian troll farm Concord Management and Consulting, which already lost one challenge of Special Counsel Robert Mueller‘s authority, is following in the footsteps of ex-Roger Stone aide Andrew Miller.

Concord filed an appeal of the court’s decision against them on Monday in the District of Columbia, which Miller did weeks ago but in a slightly different way. We’ll get to that in a moment.

The Monday filing stated as follows:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Defendant Concord Management and Consulting LLC (“Concord”) hereby appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit from the order, memorandum opinion, and corrected memorandum opinion denying Concord’s Motion to Dismiss the Indictment Based on the Special Counsel’s Unlawful Appointment and Lack of Authority to Indict Concord.
Concord first lost its challenge of Mueller’s authority two weeks ago.

“The Special Counsel may investigate the Russian government’s interference ‘efforts,’ which involved non-governmental third parties,” the Trump-appointed Judge Dabney L. Friedrich ruled. “Concord’s alleged actions are therefore within the scope of the Special Counsel’s investigation.”

The court then dismissed Concord’s motion to dismiss the indictment.

Concord still maintains that Mueller’s appointment is unlawful.

As BuzzFeed News’ Chris Geidner noted, there is a connection between Miller and Concord, insofar as Concord moved to intervene in Miller’s appeal last week.”

...I guess it remains to be seen just what that “connection” IS!!
