1. OMG, he NEVER EVER tells the truth, just never happens.

Did the demented orange assmouth just forget to tell the Pentagon to cancel them? drumpf just assumed someone would do this because he said they would but he never actually talked to anyone about making it happen? Or he just pulled this out of his ass like he does so many things and never meant it at all? With him it's hard to determine why he lies sometimes, you just always know for sure that he's 100% lying unless he's talking about hurting someone, and that he truly wants to do.

10. My gut suspicion is...

tRump makes an announcement like this knowing it will be echoed a million times on social media and on RW cable news and talk radio. This gives him political leverage when he goes to the affiliated government agency, thinking they will just get it done just because it's in the news.

He probably thinks that would circumvent going through normal channels of proposals, legal reviews, economic and environmental impact studies, dozens of meetings, etc. Fortunately for us, that method does not work in government.

I also believe it was a tactic he used in his private businesses. Bottom line is he's an arrogant, bigoted carnival barker idiot......
