I just unsubscribed/unfollowed a Political Opinion "personality" because of negative shit...

I am no fan of John McCain.

I disliked him during his run for Pres and thought his personal comments and some life choices were not really an example of being a "good" person.
That said, I also recognized his sacrifices for the country, and his own love of said country, and his service, his statesmanship, and at the end of his time he *did* try and cross the aisle and rebuke the current administration...

"The Voice of Reason" has been kind of an anti-trump, left seeming, page on FB and twitter...

I guess I didn't see the vitriol because of my own internal anger at Trump et al

but the posts about McCain, as "honest" as they may be, turn my stomach.

It also makes me wonder how many of these seemingly "left" posts and accounts are really American or other infiltrates?

I am just hitting zero-tolerance for negativity like that...even here. I won't engage. Although I accept our righteous anger at the current repubs being complicit with Trump and that's realistic moral outrage IMO
