Unless speech a person does not like is protected, then their own speech is not protected.

broadcast violent and false hate speech against identifiable people, with malice aforethought, is protected free speech because....??

Is Civics still taught in high school...do not know, but Civility should be.

Easy lesson:

And since corporations are private citizens, per CU, they get to tell anyone they like to shut the fuck up and do it...Civics 101 class dismissed!

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech

Thus, the people are only protected from the government censuring their speech. Nor does it guarantee that people be given a platform for their speech especially a platform that is the property of someone else.
