I think that when all of the nonsense related to Trump FINALLY shakes out...

The republicans in congress who have their thumbs up their asses stating that "the president is unconventional" or "he has a different way of doing things"...you know who I mean. Those republican lawmakers who are turning a blind eye and refusing to take action.

These republican lawmakers are going to have a bad time.

It will take awhile, but tales of corruption will be exposed that will shake the world.

They will be on the wrong side of history, and more importantly, they will be on the wrong side of the law. Nobody gets away with their nasty bullshit forever.

Get ready you congress fuckers, because you are not going to be having any kind of fun.

I do believe we are going to be shocked at the depth this corruption. My gut feeling is that a very broad part of Republicans and a lesser part of Democrats are wrapped up in some kind of no good.

It feels to me like we are witnessing a slow moving coupe that has been going on for quite a while.

Either that or I need to get a new tin foil hat.

Most all repug congresscritters got into office by immoral means paid for by nefarious players foreign to their districts. I've seen too many of their campaign fliers and on-line speeches to believe otherwise.

They really believe the end result justifies any means and we Democrats need to pound that and the immorality of their campaign methods into America's collective brain. This is not just about Trump/Russia and his mob, but also about decades of the same corruption kept hidden by two-faced hard right politicians and their plutocrat-owned TV and talk radio.

The corruption of American politics by the repug party must end.

Rant over......

that's how I have been viewing this all along and I see that position getting stronger every day.

trump is doing enormous long term damage to the republican party and we are going to be able to take tremendous advantage of that starting with mid terms. And it's going to only get better, as the shit stain he is foisting on the republican party is growing in both breadth and intensity.

Trouble is in the meantime he is doing tremendous damage to the country. Most notably on the supreme court. His damage to foreign relations, economy, etc can eventually be repaired, but Kavanaugh scares me shitless.

not afraid to talk up impeachment. Remind voters that Bill Clinton was impeached over lying about a blow job and that Donald Trump has done far worse than that. I understand the Dems running in Republican gerrymandered districts need to be smart. They can run on respecting and defending the Constitution, can run on upholding the rule of law that no one is above the law.

Once we take back the House, Auntie Maxine can unleash holy hell karma on Trump. His life will be a living hell. He should have resigned long ago, it's too late now, the big rock that had covered up his crime family is slowly being overturned.

on Trump's face when he won in 2016; It was something to the effect of "Well, I really f****d up this time, didn't I?" Indeed, his entire body language at that moment was more like he'd suffered a defeat instead of a victory.

Perhaps all that's come to pass up to this point was something that he subconsciously foresaw happening - that his shady and checkered past would end up under the microscope and all the personal and professional shenanigans he'd gotten away with until then were going to become the stuff of media fodder, grist for the mill.......and I think he realized, perhaps in that one instant, that he'd just made the biggest mistake of his life.
