If you want to guarantee 100% voter turnout for presidential elections we need to make it so people can also vote on who gets to be 1st Lady.

go house to house rounding up anyone who didn't vote and publicly flog them in the town square. Also, i recommend a device that can be implanted in the brain that could tell if you were making a BS vote because you wanted to get back at the government for forcing you to vote. It would shock you into oblivion.

Man, i wish i made the rules. It seems achieving a utopian society would require some purging of the goobers. Either that, or they would suffer mightily until they change their behavior (which means behavior i accept).
