For the jury to go over each charge and all the documents.

Given that the judge's conduct was questionable.

If there is an issue over judge conduct wouldn't the charges either being overthrown by appeal, and tried again, or a new trial called by way of appeal if there charges aren't upheld? Wouldn't that be done by a different judge after this case is finished.

I don't see either side filing for a mistrial.

Wouldn't there still be a verdict in this case?

It’s with the jury now. Absent someone tampering with the jury to make an impartial verdict impossible or a sudden revelation of severe prosecutorial misconduct I don’t see any way a mistrial comes now.

Jury room was evidently to small.

Are jury rooms secure?

Is the lunch room secure?

They are being asked to deliver verdicts on 18 different charges, each one with a fairly complex evidence trail.

I expect guilty on some, not guilty on others. How the split breaks down I didn’t watch close enough to make an educated guess.
