I'm gratified to see the newspapers stand up for themselves at last, but unless there is a consistent commitment and follow through, today's editorials will be a lonely marker of a bygone era. The administration has to pay a price for its consistent demonization of factual reporting it doesn't like.

Watch for web site hacks, personal attacks on employees, changes in tax rules and laws and material tariffs just to inflict maximum pain and financial loss. It's guaranteed that Russia will help them.
