Flyer from Steven Jackson's home

An African-American candidate running for mayor of Shreveport says a racially charged threat was left at his home.

Steven Jackson shared a flyer he says he found at his home this morning. The flyer includes a photo of him pasted into a noose and the word "hope" turned into "rope".

The flyer warns Jackson to get out of the election.

Jackson also says he's received harassing phone calls.

He reported the flyer to state police.

Jackson plans to report it to the FBI as well..................................................
